Yes. We work with your association to define what the certification covers, then build the courses and exam, host them, issue certificates, and track renewals and continuing education. The program carries your association's name.
Our course sites offer courses approved by state and national licensing boards, including the New York State Department of Education and Department of Health and 30 state funeral licensing boards. For custom programs, we tell you up front which board will accept the training.
We report hours electronically to the state agency, normally the next business day. Courses finished after hours on Friday or over the weekend are reported Monday, dated the day they were completed.
No. Users can log on and off as often as they like. A timer tracks total time spent on each course.
